Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Maruthamandiresha, gradually the process of
creation was taken place, divine Sages/Sankadis desired to venerate you and pay
obeisance to you. So they have proceeded
to your Abode Vaikundha.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Sanakadis/Sages arrived at your celestial Abode
after crossing various barricades of Naishreyass garden, many lakes and several
Gem studded mansions of matchless splendor.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Bhooman/infinite Lord, As the Sanakadis were
approaching your Abode, Jaya and Vijaya who were the guards at the entry point
were stopped the Sanakadis at the entrance itself, this action infuriated the
Sanakadis. Oh! Supreme Lord, whatever happened was at
your will only.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Jaya & Vijaya was cursed by the Sanakadis to
become demons, as their behavior was not appropriate to remain in the divine
abode of Vaikundha. Jaya & Vijaya
were besieged by the curse and declared that their devotion to you will never change
and they prostrated before the Sanakadis.

Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Oh! Ambujaksha, Knower of All, You have appeared before the Sanakadis in your
mesmerizing form along with Goddess Sri Mahalakshmi, one of the arm placing on
your celestial vehicle Garuda. The
Sanakadis were extremely delightful after witnessing your grandeur.

Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Sanakadis were eulogized your glories. You have pacified Jaya & Vijaya who had
no protection other than you that they had to deal with three lives as demon on
Earth. Oh! Compassionate Lord, you have
granted them a boon to attain your lotus feet at the end of three lives on
Earth.

Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Jaya & Vijaya took birth as twin children to Dithi
and Sage Kashyapa as the couple had the physical relationship at the time of sundown. These children had cruel nature and they were
enemies of deities; therefore they remained Yama on Earth.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, These twin children of Sage Kashyapa and Dithi were
known as Hiranyaksha and Hiranyakashipu, inherited all evilness in them, harassed
the entire Universe in which you are the supreme Lord.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, Hiranyaksha find no opponent to fight against him,
so he submerged the mother Earth under the ocean and viciously roaming around
with a mace.
Oh!
Supreme Lord Guruvayurappa, You have realized from Lord Varuna that you are the
appropriate one to encounter Hiranyaksha who was roaming in search of you. Oh! Compassionate Lord, Oh! Maruthalayesha,
who can be attained only through perpetual devotion, I earnestly pray to
eradicate all our ailments.
